Shipping
Shipping is absolutely free due to us delivering only the digital formats internationally, we do not have any shipping costs. Once our physical books become available worldwide, shipping costs will be calculated based on your location and the items in your order and you will always know the estimated shipping price before you purchase (exclduing customs and duties, this is out of our control).
For now Shipping & Delivery is as follows:
- Digital Delivery: Digital coloring books are typically delivered within 24 hours from time of order acceptance (See Terms of Service). Delivery times may vary based on volume, or technical issues, or anything out of our control.
- Physical Products: When applicable, physical products will be shipped based on your selected delivery method and location. As mentioned above, shipping charges, customs duties, or import taxes may apply.

How do I upload my photos?
We typically require all customers to use our online upload portal which will be sent to you via our agreed upon commication channels (generally email or WhatsApp). It's a way for us to ensure customer data safety and security.
What if I want more than 25 pages?
That's perfect! We offer Add-Ons such as extra pages which you can find on the product page itself. This will allow you to add-on as many extra pages as you'd like.
Please ensure that if you order a coloring book that houses 100 pages that you submit the equal amount in images for generation.
Can I gift a book?
Yes, most certainly! The process remains the same and we will still send the colroing book to you digitally and you can then gift it any way you wish.
How fast will I receive my coloring book?
Within 24 hours from the time of order is typically all the time it takes.
We will work quickly to deliver your personalised order as soon as possible. Once your order is completed, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your mailbox provider. See our terms here.
How much does shipping cost?
Absolutely FREE! Due to us delivering only the digital formats internationally, we do not have any shipping costs. What file format is delivered?
Typically, we prefer delivering the digital format in a high quality printable PDF. If you'd prefer other formats, please contact Support after placing your order.
What is the return policy?
All orders are considered a final sale. We are unable to accept any returns, or refunds, or exchanges on the items we offer.
